What is your return policy for floor mats?
Standard, non-customized items can be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they are in new, unused condition. Please note that custom-cut lengths and logo mats are non-returnable.
Are your outdoor mats slip-resistant in icy conditions?
Many of our rubber and heated snow-melting mats are specifically designed for Canadian winters, featuring high-traction surfaces that provide excellent slip resistance even in snow and ice.
How do I clean and maintain my entrance mats?
