Weighted Rope Crossbar

A training alternative to a standard fiberglass high-jump bar. Consists of a 15' polypropylene rope with two 1.15 lb sandbag anchors for stability and flexibility. The rope yields on contact, allowing athletes to practice approach, takeoff, and bar clearance safely while reducing equipment damage and setup time.
