At Canada Mats, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your floor mat doesn't meet your expectations, you can return most unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Contact our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

• 2.
  Pack Your Item

  Ensure the mat is clean and unused, then place it back in its original packaging or a sturdy equivalent to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it back to us using a trackable courier service of your choice.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item to confirm it is in resalable condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
